If the device requirements were correctly specified in both your study setup and study description, you are not required to approve submissions completed on incompatible devices. In these cases, we recommend contacting the participant and asking them to return their submission.
If the participant does not respond, please contact Support and provide the relevant participant ID(s). Be sure to do this at least 2 working days before the 21-day auto-approval deadline so that we can review the case before the submission is automatically approved.
How to I prevent participants from participating on incompatible devices in the future?
To help ensure that participants only take your study on compatible devices, make sure you:
Clearly state the device requirements in your study description.
Select the appropriate device compatibility options during study setup.
