You can download a summary receipt for each study from the study’s action menu. This can be done while the study is in progress or after it has been completed.
There are two versions:
Basic summary: Shows the total amounts paid, including participant rewards, any screened-out payments, platform fees, and VAT (if applicable). It also includes the overall total and payment status .
Detailed summary: Includes the same totals, with an additional breakdown by participant ID, showing the reward, fees, VAT, and total for each submission .
Timing and status
The content of the summary depends on when you download it:
Before the study is completed: The summary shows a cost breakdown based on your study setup and is marked as unpaid.
After the study is completed (once all submissions have been reviewed): The summary shows the final costs and is marked as paid in full.
