In order to ensure that participants only use a compatible device when taking your study, you first need to make sure that you have clearly specified what devices are compatible in your study description and also indicated this by using the options on the study setup screen. Please see here for more information.
If you have included these requirements in both your study setup and your study description, submissions from incompatible devices will not require approval. We recommend that you contact the relevant participant(s) and ask them to return their submission. If you do not hear back from the participant, you can contact the Support Team using the button at the bottom of this article. Please send the relevant participant IDs and contact us at least 2 working days before the 21-day auto-approval deadline.
